Affording an ESA Education

Financial Aid
The Episcopal School of Acadiana offers financial aid to the families of enrolled students who have properly applied for aid and who have demonstrated financial need as determined through Independent School Management’s FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) program. The admissions process is blind to financial need.

ESA makes every effort to provide financial assistance to those families who cannot afford the full cost of tuition. Although we are seldom able to provide all of the financial aid that may be warranted, most parents are able to make the necessary arrangements to fund the remaining portion of their child’s education.

Financial aid awards are need-based awards. Aid is for tuition only. No other costs (transportation, books, trips, etc.) are considered or added to tuition when awarding need-based financial assistance. Awards are made for a one year term. Families must request renewal each year by completing an application with FAST. The ESA Financial Aid Committee reviews all financial aid materials and recommends award amounts. The Director of Admissions notifies families of award amounts as soon as possible after decisions are made regarding these awards. Questions about the ESA financial aid program and requests for information about applying for aid should be directed to the Admissions Office.

ESA will consider eligibility for financial aid and determine amounts for financial aid awards only after families have submitted the following:

1. A signed enrollment agreement and the required emrollment deposit

2. A FAST application for financial aid available for completion online by clicking on the button below:

3. All documents required by FAST as part of the application (tax returns, etc.)

4. Any other relevant information deemed necessary by ESA.
