Career Day 2021
Dr. Matthew Wilson, '90, joined us for Career Day 2021 to talk about his career in academia. An associate professor of political science in the Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences at Southern Methodist University, Matthew specializes in the politics and voting behavior of religious voters, as well as public opinion, elections, religion and politics, and political psychology. He earned bachelor's degrees in history and political science from LSU, and a PhD in political science from Duke University. Matthew was one of ESA's early quiz bowl phenoms, and gave the graduation speech at our 2004 commencement.
