Quiz Bowl Places First
Congratulations to ESA Quiz Bowl's A team - first place in UL-Lafayette's Matthew Hayes Invitational! The tournament is named after an ESA alumnus from the Class of 2001 who started UL's Club for Academic Competition to compete in intercollegiate quiz bowl competitions. Matt is an assistant professor in the Department of Physics and Computer Science at Xavier University of Louisiana. He's also a favorite moderator at ESA's annual tournament.
