Model UN

ESA's Model UN team of ten upper-school students attended the Model United Nations conference in Baton Rouge. Hosted by the Louisiana YMCA, the conference asks students to research, write, and debate UN resolutions on behalf of different nations. This year, several ESA resolutions passed, and Anil Cacodcar received the conference’s highest honor, the Monice Oliphant Award, given to one student participant who "encourages and fosters leadership through service, fellowship, responsibility, and respect for oneself and others among all participants." Anil also won awards for outstanding datasheet, outstanding resolution, and outstanding delegate in his committee. Congratulations to Anil and the ESA team!
