Artists Awarded

Works by ESA students were on display in the UL Rally Visual Arts exhibit at Fletcher Hall Gallery located near Girard Park last week. The ESA submissions include pieces by Kate Kaufman, '20, Divya Kasarla, '20, Emma Cascio, '21, Isabelle Berthelot, '20, Jaya Kasturi, '21, and a video by Kyla Greenstein, '21. Saturday was also the last day of the LSU School of Art’s 6th Annual Statewide Juried High School Exhibition. Eight works by ESA artists were on display, and ESA took home three of the five awards given at the closing ceremony. Honorable mention went to Isabelle Berthelot for her 40 Moons Tapestry and to Jaya Kasturi for her photograph, Neal. Madi Stelly received third place for her watercolor and gouache painting, Bottles. Congratulations to our ESA artists!
