Fine Arts Festival

Thank you to the artists, actors, and musicians who shared their work at ESA's first Fine Arts Festival! And thanks to the Visual and Performing Arts Departments and to all of the volunteers who contributed to a fabulous week of music, drama, and art at ESA!

Each spring, ESA artists and musicians usually attend the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest's Fine Arts Festival to network with other students, perform on music and drama stages, and exhibit artwork. With the ISAS festival cancelled for the second year in a row, the visual and performing arts departments decided to host a fine arts festival in Cade. Following two Senior Nights of music at the Acadiana Center for the Arts, ESA hosted the Senior Art Show Reception, with classical music played by ESA students. On Saturday, the festivities included art displays; a jazz brunch; painting, ceramics, cyanotype, and improv workshops; video screenings; drama and musical theatre performances; a coffeehouse stage; and a final concert.
