Festival Fair
In this week's Fly on the Wall video, social studies teacher Virginia Stokes takes us to the sixth grade's Louisiana Festivals Fair. After learning about Louisiana's various cultures, students researched, brainstormed, and designed their own festivals. Panels of teacher judges chose the top festivals from each class. Congratulations to the Flower Festival, Butterfly Fest, King Cake Baby Festival, Louisiana House of Horrors Fest, Popeyes Fried Chicken Fest, Louisiana Heritage Festival, Italian Fest, and Louisiana Pumpkin Festival!
