Wyoming Adventure
For fifth graders, Grand Teton National Park has been the classroom this week as they've learned about abiotic factors that shaped the environment, and plant and animal adaptations that facilitated survival. Through helping with clean-up and upkeep of the Teton Science Schools campus, they have discovered the work that goes into preserving the site. They also visited a raptor center to meet some of the birds that make their homes in the park. All while enjoying gorgeous views and a bit of snow on the ground!
