Continental Math League
Continental Mathematics League is a competition that requires analytical, computational, and problem solving skills. Fourth grade students and advanced mathematicians in 3rd grade participate in a series of five competitions during the school year. The following students represent the highest scores achieved within the team and merit certificates of distinction:

Math Olympiad
Last year nearly 150,000 students from 6,000 teams worldwide participated in the Math Olympiads. 49 of the 50 states and about 30 other countries were represented. ESA’s fifth grade students and advanced mathematicians in fourth grade participate in this competition. The students work diligently to solve unusual and difficult problems in this challenging exam.

Noetic Math League
The Noetic Learning Math Contest (NLMC) is a semiannual problem solving contest for elementary and middle school students.More than 30,000 students in second through eighth grade participated in the Spring 2016 competition.  ESA teams competed in fourth, fifth, and sixth grade competitions this year.
The following individuals were awarded a National Honorable Mention. The highest scoring team member is also awarded a medal.
