2017 Chaucer Competition Winners

Congratulations to seniors Ben Gomez and Cameron Baker, winners of this year's Chaucer's competition! Each year, ESA seniors recite the prologue to Geoffrey Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales in the original Middle English. The top performers from the English classes compete in chapel, and a panel of judges selects the winners based on presentation, pronunciation, and how well they demonstrate an understanding of the language. Creativity is definitely rewarded!
