Top 16 Swimming
ESA Swimmers competed in Top 16 on Saturday. The meet brings together the top 16 swimmers in each event from all divisions. Out of 22 schools, ESA places 8th with just 13 swimmers. Setting personal records: Addison Manning, 500 free; Elena Alvarado, 200 IM; Regan Manning, 500 free and 50 free; Curtis Hidalgo, 200 free and 50 free; Hayden Ladner, 50 free; Ava Allam, 50 free and 100 free; Mai Landry, 100 free; Lily Pillaro, 100 free; and Malaika Subramanian, 100 free. Ava Allam made a State cut in the 100 free. Regan Manning set a school record in the 500 free with a 5:18.86, and the girls 200 free relay team of Elena Alvarado, Rory Daigle, Ava Allam, and Regan Manning broke the school record they set last week with a time of 1:52.75. Congratulations, Falcons!
