Ms. Emily's second-grade class has been creating artwork since October with the goal of having an art sale to benefit the homeless community in Acadiana. The students explored acrylic paints, watercolors, oil pastels, colored pencils, and various brush tip markers. They made posters to advertise the sale, which will be held at the Acadiana Center for the Arts downtown from Saturday, April 17th to Friday, April 23rd. All proceeds will be donated to Habitat for Humanity and St. Joseph's Diner.
