State Runner-Up

ESA Boys Cross Country finished as Runner-Up at the State meet in Natchitoches on Monday! Will Brown placed third and Anderson Frank finished fourth, followed by Jacques Gachassin, Coen Romero, Cain Meche, Thomas Breaux, and Jude Foti. Girls Cross Country placed seventh, thanks to runners Jiya Lodha, Bailey Guillotte, Sophie Wilson, Sophia Thom, Ella Langford, and Amelie Gomez. Jacques Gachassin was recognized at the State meet as an All-Academic Composite Scholar-Athlete. The LHSAA's All-Academic 4.00 Scholar Team is composed of senior student-athletes from all classes and divisions who have attained the highest possible grade point average, an un-weighted 4.00. Ella Langford has been named to the Class B All-Academic team, composed of student-athletes with six-semester GPAs of 3.5 - 3.999. Congratulations, Falcons!
