Global Play Day
Lower School students made the most of Global Play Day, a day when they get to choose where they want to play all day long. The Lafayette Campus playgrounds, classrooms, library, art room and other areas were open, and children were welcomed to move between them as teachers observed and joined in, but didn't direct their play. Ms. O and the lower school teachers agree with the founders of the event: "Unstructured play is a vital part of proper child development."
