Courir des Faucons, the Lower School's prairie-style Mardi Gras celebration, started with PK3 and 3rd grade students visiting classrooms to entertain and beg for food that will be donated to Solomon House. Then everyone enjoyed gumbo, chicken games, and a fais-do-do with music and dancing.
