Math Honors

Eighth grader Juliet Williams has received national recognition for scoring in the top 5% among all 30,000+ test takers on the American Mathematics Competition 8. The AMC 8 is administered to middle school students in the fall. Juliet is a Young Women in Mathematics Awards & Certificates winner, receiving a 2023 D. E. Shaw Group Certificate by scoring in the top five in the Louisiana-Mississippi section of the Mathematical Association of America. Among ESA students, Molly Granberry and Ella O'Neill tied for second, and Austin Drew and Scout Helveston tied for third. Congratulations to all!
