Luke Schwarz, '25, is the overall winner of the 2021 Congressional App Challenge for Louisiana’s 3rd District! Luke created an app called Hurricane Helper that assists people who are trapped by a natural disaster in calling for help. Hurricane Helper will be showcased at the U.S. Capitol alongside winning apps from other districts. Read more in The Advertiser and on KATC's website. Congratulations, Luke!
