ESA Lower Schoolers Hold Vocabulary Parade
At the Lafayette campus, students held a Vocabulary Parade. Each volunteer designed a costume inspired by a favorite word learned this year, and the group paraded through chapel. Fourth grade teacher Coty Eastin coordinated the event to build students' excitement about learning and sharing new words, and to build their creativity skills. Favorite words included tesseract, projectile, geode, adventurous, and Ms. Coty's favorite word, librocubicularist, defined as a person who reads in bed.
