Settings in myESA
ESA sends Emergency Alerts via text and email to parents, faculty and students for information about school closures and other emergencies. We ask all parents to sign up for these alerts.
To edit your personal information and choose what shows in the directory:
In the dropdown menu next to your name, select Profile to verify the information that we have listed and make any changes necessary. Please do not delete the information listed here. This connects directly to our database and will be used by school administrators to contact your family. Follow the directions below if you wish to hide your information in the directory.
Once you have updated your information, select Settings from that same dropdown menu to choose your Privacy preferences. Be sure to select preferences for each group listed in blue - students, teachers, parents...
Students, please do not choose to hide your information. Your teachers will not be able to see your contact imformation, and you may miss important announcements. Use the preferences for each of the groups to choose what information will be seen by students and parents.
