Swim Championships

Middle School Swimming competed in the league's Championship Meet this week. The girls finished second, the boys placed 6th, and the team finished 3rd overall. Placing in the top three for their events: Ciara Farmer, 1st, 5th-6th 50 Free (school record), 3rd, 5th-6th 100 Free; Bella Bourque, 2nd, 7th-8th 50 Free, 1st, 7th-8th 50 Fly; Jiya Lodha, 3rd, 7th-8th 50 Back; Jackson Blem, 2nd, 7th-8th 50 Back; and the team of Bella Bourque, Jiya Lodha, Avery Ryan, and Ciara Farmer, 2nd in the Girls Medley Relay and 2nd in the Girls 200 Free Relay (both school records). Also setting school records: Paxton Leger in the 7th-8th 50 Free, and the Boys 200 Free Relay team of Jackson Blem, Paxton Leger, Ethan McCoy, and Emile Myers.
